The 12th annual Veterans Freedom Ride/Poker Run will be held Saturday August 17th (rain date August 24th). Riders will depart from American Legion Post 10 in Marion at 10:30am that day and travel to the legion posts in Gaston, Frankton, Fairmount and Jonesboro before returning to post 10 around 4pm. The motorcycle show begins at 10:30 with a 10 dollar entry fee; judging between 4 and 5pm. Cost is 20 dollars per Poker player. Food will be for sale at the end of the poker run at post 10.
