The Marion Lions Club will be holding its’ 90th annual “Old Folks Day” on Thursday, August 1st starting at 11am at the Amvets post at 705 West 37th Street in Marion. Guest speaker is Duane Ott, who will narrate the “Many Threads of the American Spirit”. Prayer with Pastor Mick Simpkins and song with Lori Moore will follow at noon, along with lunch, which is free to those 70 and over and just 5 dollars for those under age 70.
