American Red Cross Opens Shelter

Delaware County Fairgrounds – Heartland Hall Building – 1210 N. Wheeling Avenue

The American Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter to assist those impacted by recent sever weather and power outages. Red Cross workers are providing warm meals, a safe place to sleep and emotional support for those with immediate, disaster-caused needs.
