Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office between 8:00am and 12:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Registration Information:

The registration cost per child for basketball is $60.

Deadline for registration is December 16^th.

Evaluations:

Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation.

They will take place at Sunnycrest Baptist Church Gym as follows:

K4 through 12^th Grade Boys and Girls

Saturday, December 9, between 10:00am and 1:00pm

K4 through 12 Grade Boys and Girls

Saturday, December 16, between 10:00am and 1:00pm
