Armed Robbery At Marion Convenience Store

Marion Police are looking for an armed bandit who started to buy a snack early Wednesday morning, then decided to rob the store.

The man walked into the Marion pantry in the 32-hundred block of South Washington Street at about 3 a-m Wednesday and started to buy a bag of chips, but then pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the cash drawer.  The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot.
