Circle K At 2nd & Bypass Robbed Early Tuesday

Marion Police are searching for two suspects who robbed a local convenience store at gunpoint early Tuesday.

The clerk at the Circle K at Second and the Bypass told police that she noticed two young men stealing items just before 2 a-m and went to say something to them when one pointed a pistol at her and told her to open the cash register.  The clerk complied and the two suspects took cash, cigarettes, cigars, candy and lottery tickets before fleeing on foot.

The clerk was not injured.

The two suspects were described as black males in their 20s.  The suspects were captured on in-store security cameras.
