The old College Building at the intersection of Main and Taylor streets in Kokomo is set to get a renovation, according to The Kokomo Tribune.
The building, which at one point in time held the Indiana Business College, is being turned into an apartment complex, the Tribune reports.
The building will house 14 apartments and 3,500 feet of commercial space.
