State lawmakers have voted to eliminate any restriction on buying or selling C-B-D oil 11 months after legalizing the product for a small group of Hoosiers.
The House voted unanimously to legalize CBD oil, shortly after the Senate approved the measure 36-to-11. Members of both chambers say there’s no reason to restrict the oil, which comes from industrial hemp and has only a tiny amount of T-H-C…the chemical in marijuana that produces the high.
