One of the biggest builders of new homes in the Marion area over the past three decades has been sold.
The “Indianapolis Business Journal” reports that Arbor Homes has been sold to Berkshire Hathaway. Since 1994, Arbor Homes has built more than 13-thousand homes in the Indianapolis area, including the Heritage at University Market on the south side of Marion.
Berkshire Hathaway says it has no plans to make changes in the newly merged company or any of its’ planned development…old or new.
