The chairman of the Howard County Republican Party is stepping down after just a year-and-a-half in the position.
Marty Stout cited personal reasons and changes in circumstances in his life for his stepping down as G-O-P Chairman. His resignation becomes effective on August first.
A party caucus to choose a replacement for Stout has not yet been scheduled.
