In a news article released by MSN, Marion was named #12 on the top 20 best cities to buy a home for under $100,000. Marion shows a low crime rate and great school system compared to the other 7,000 cities studied throughout the United States. Three other Indiana cities also made the list of recommended cities nationwide to buy a home for under $100K. Richmond was #1, Anderson was #8, and Muncie came in at #9.
