A proposed solar farm in Madison County will be discussed at a public open house this evening.
Chicago-based Invenergy is planning to construct this solar farm on at least 700 acres in northern Madison County. Preliminary designation for an economic development revitalization area for the site was given approval last week by the Madison County Council.
The public meeting will be held at Elwood High School between 5 and 7pm.
