Converse restaurant Jefferson Street BBQ is expanding again. Its third expansion in seven years will double seating capacity in the restaurant and add a bar, with an over-21 entrance, plus add a large party room. According to the Kokomo Tribune, the project is expected to be finished in around six weeks. Jefferson Street BBQ is a member of Indiana Grown, a grassroots movement to encourage Hoosiers to buy, sell and share food and products made right in the state.
