A mother is sentenced 41 years for killing her daughter in a drunk driving accident.
Police say just over two years ago, Jessica Skeens, rolled her van into a ditch while driving intoxicated with her boyfriend and four children. Her 6-year-old died in the crash.
Skeens said her boyfriend punched her in the head and grabbed the steering wheel, causing the accident. He is set to be on trial in January.
