Fifth Colonial Oaks resident dies of COVID-19, Grant County records 128th case

Another resident at Colonial Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marion has died from COVID-19 after an outbreak began two weeks ago. The death came on Sunday, April 26.

As of Monday afternoon, the care facility had five deaths, with 33 cases among residents and 29 cases among staff members.

Most of those cases are asymptomatic and residents have been placed in an isolated COVID unit.
