It’s my favorite day of the year! It’s Cow Appreciation Day! You are probably like, Paisley, why are you so obsessed with cows? Well… it started at a young age. My grandfather lives in Nebraska on a farm/ranch. He use to have cows and any time my brothers and I would visit, it was our responsibility to count the cows. We never really got the correct answer, but we had a blast doing it. We would spend hours in the cow pin playing with the cows. If my grandfather couldn’t find us, we were out with the cows.
Now cows are my favorite animal and my favorite thing to decorate with. My desk has cow stuffed animals, statues, and cow mugs on it. My apartment is decorated in cow print and cows. I get the question all the time, do you eat meat because you love cows? The answer is yes! I eat beef and love it!!
Usually, on Cow Appreciation Day, Chick-Fil-A… my favorite restaurant on this planet… gives free food if you dress like a cow, but this year they aren’t doing it. This year we just have to celebrate by loving our cows! Happy Cow Appreciation Day Friend!
