A lot of folks here in Marrion complain about it being a small town. Shockingly, to me… this is a pretty big town. We have just about everything you could possibly need. I moved here from a town of around 12,000 people. We had two grocery stores, a Walmart, and a few odds and ends. The largest town was about three hours away from us, but, we were the largest town within three hours of every direction. The one thing I did learn about living there for a year was people of the town take pride in their parade.
One town is going viral after a tidbit of their parade made it on TikTok. One of the floats was a Polaris side-by-side with 12 deer mounts on the front. The person was trying to simulate Santa’s slaigh. The front deer even had a red nose! I was laughing so hard when I saw this! There were some nice deer on that float. Check it out below!
