I’ve had to learn a lot of life lessons the hard way and that’s why I’m sharing my advice with you. Everyone has told me to not put all my eggs in one basket. When I was younger, I never took that advice. Long story short… I was set on playing college soccer and hopefully going pro afterward. I was set on track to do that until I had surgery. At that moment, I realized I put all of my eggs in one basket and I probably should have tried harder in other sports. Long story short, I was able to be a college athlete, but not in the sport I loved.
This advice can also apply to dating. One of my friends was dead set that she would end up dating this one guy. They were in a situation ship for six months and he decided to get back with his ex. She was devastated because she didn’t test the waters with another guy that was intested in her.
So today’s unwanted advice… don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Have multiple because one that doesn’t always look the best could be more than you imagined!
