Paisley’s Unnecessary Advice: Good Habits When You Have Negative Thoughts

The positivity train has made a stop at casa Paisley and I’m going to share one of my new ways of life with you. I’ve been really negative lately and I’m trying to change that. One of my friends suggested that anytime I have a negative thought, I replace it with a healthy habit. She suggested that I do 10 push-ups, go for a walk or drink a sip of water. I’ve decided that I’m not drinking enough water, so every time I have a negative thought, I take a sip of water. Give it a few weeks and it might turn into pushups…The good thing is I’m way more hydrated than I was in the past and my thoughts have started to change.
