Negative emotions… they are the worst. Working through them can be hard. I was told the other day that when you feel a negative emotion, it’s actually a reflection of your insecurities. I’m not sure if that’s true, but it sounds about right.
Today’s advice is jealousy gets you nowhere. It’s tough to realize this, but everyone is on a different timeline and has different experiences. If you find yourself getting jealous of something someone has that you don’t, take a second and find gratuity for what you do have. This will help your mind get off the jealous emotion and get back on track. It’s way easier said than done, but I believe in you friend.
