Paisley’s Unnecessary Advice: Meal Prepping Is Your Friend

I don’t know about you, but my weeks are super busy. I usually leave my house around 7 am and don’t get back until after 8 am. With a full-time job, two part-time jobs, and training for a half-marathon… my body needs the proper fuels to make it through the day. I found the weeks that I didn’t meal prep, I would eat out every day or make processed food.

I’ve started to meal prep a week’s worth of food on the weekend. I put my breakfast, lunch, and dinners in containers that can be microwaved. That way when I’m rushed in the morning… I can warm up breakfast and grave my lunch out the door. Then when I walk into my house at 8 pm… diner is ready to go. I’m telling you… meal prepping is your friend not your ememy.
