A former member of the Indianapolis Colts who is now in the restaurant business is targeting Kokomo for one.
Gary Brackett…who was a starter on the Colts Super Bowl-winning team in 2007…now owns a chain of restaurants called the “Stacked Pickle.” And he says Kokomo would be a great location for one of the family restaurants.
Brackett says nothing is official yet, but is studying Kokomo for future expansion of his restaurant chain.
