A shooting at a party near Ball State early Saturday morning left 7 injured. Police say a confrontation inside the house party resulted in a major shooting. An estimated 100 people were at the home when shots were fired. Seven victims were injured during the incident, three remain in critical condition. Muncie police arrested 19-year old Va Shaun Harnett, of Muncie, in connection to the shooting. He was charged with two counts of attempted murder and was being held without bond in the Delaware County jail. Police are still investigating to find out how many people fired shots at the party. Ball State officials said in a statement Harnett is not a student at the school.
