Going to the movies has gotten really expensive lately. Tickets are super expensive and if you want popcorn and drink… you’ll be paying a lot. I want to go see “Jungle Cruise,” but haven’t yet!
I was sitting on my couch yesterday eating dinner and came across this video and knew I had to share it with you. I’m always about saving money in any way I possibly can. This TikToker has decided to price out movie snacks. He found out something that might shock you.
Theaters know that most folks won’t sit down and price out the snack items separately. Instead, they will instantly assume the combos are cheaper. In fact… they aren’t. He said you could save upwards of ten dollars to buy everything separately. I haven’t priced stuff out yet, but that sounds about right.
Next time you go to the movies, consider ordering your items separately and see if you save any money!
