My parents and I were just talking about road trips this past weekend. My family has a business, so a lot of the time, my mom would be the one to take us on road trips, and my dad would stay back and work. We would either go to my grandfather’s farm in Nebraska or we would be traveling somewhere for a sporting event. All of our road trips were fun with minimal fights.
Last night, I came across this TikTok video about how this mom plans to keep her kids entertained on a very long road trip. She made a basket for each of the kids to start with. As the trip progresses the kids will get other things. They can also earn tickets based on their behavior, which they can be exchanged for treats at different stops along the way.
